Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Purchases placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders submitted after this cutoff are usually shipped on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. These timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping carriers provide expected delivery windows; however, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as carrier backlogs or logistical issues. 

Carrier Pickup & Tracking

Packages are dropped off with the shipping carrier on business days. Carrier pickup usually occurs later in the afternoon.

After an order is prepared, tracking information may initially display a status such as “label created.” This status may remain unchanged until the package is physically scanned into the carrier’s system.

Once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the package—including potential delays, loss, or damage—passes to the customer. Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary. 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional fees may apply before the order can be resent. These fees may include return shipping and re-delivery costs. 

Lost, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking does not confirm delivery, customer support can assist with opening an investigation request with the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements are not issued until the carrier has completed its investigation and officially confirmed that the shipment has been lost.

If tracking records indicate that a package has been delivered to the address provided, the company is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery. In these cases, replacements or refunds are not automatically provided.
