Refund policy

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final once completed. Because these products are specialized research materials that require strict handling and controlled storage, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted after an order leaves our facility.

These materials are sensitive to environmental conditions such as temperature and handling. Once a shipment is outside of controlled storage conditions, it is no longer possible to verify how the items were managed. For this reason, returned items cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances.

Order Finalization & Changes

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that their purchase is final once payment is processed.

After payment is received, orders automatically enter fulfillment. Due to operational workflows, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after payment has been accepted—even if shipment has not yet physically occurred.

Defective or Damaged Product Claims

In rare situations involving verified product defects or confirmed damage prior to shipment, an exception may be considered.

To qualify for review:

  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be evaluated
  • All requests are subject to review and approval

If a request is approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued at the company’s discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe a product is defective or damaged, contact customer support within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A written description explaining the issue

Incomplete documentation may result in the claim being declined.

All claims are reviewed individually, and the final determination of eligibility rests solely with the company.

Non-Eligible Situations

Requests related to the following circumstances are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements:

  • Improper storage or handling
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Change-of-mind requests
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to verified defects

Due to the nature of these materials, once an order has been shipped, it is considered fully accepted by the purchaser.
